GOAT ANTI HUMAN IGG FITC
Goat anti human IgG FITC is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to FITC. The antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development for the detection of human IgG. Greater than 95% purity.
Goat anti human IgG is specific for human IgG heavy chains. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgM and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with immunoglobulins from other species.
